We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all AquaBloom Tech products purchased directly from us. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return the product for a full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Product must be in original packaging with all accessories
- Device must be in working condition with minimal signs of use
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
- Product purchased directly from AquaBloom Tech Philippines
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Products damaged by misuse or negligence
- Devices with modified software or hardware
- Accessories purchased separately (sold as final sale)
- Digital services and app subscriptions
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the product securely with all original items
- Ship to our returns center using provided prepaid label
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection completed within 3-5 business days
- Refund processed to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days for Philippine banks
- Notification sent via email when refund is complete
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost policies:
- We provide prepaid return labels for defective products
- Customer pays return shipping for satisfaction-based returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Free shipping promotions may be deducted from refund amount
